I've been with Admiral for many years for my car insurance (and more recently, my home insurance too), and am really pleased with the service/prices they offer. They are also a company who recognises loyalty, and are also easy to talk to if you need to query anything. The online portal is also simple and quick to use. Overall, no complaints . . . We've been with Admiral for car insurance for just over 2 years and have found them very easy to deal with. Online account is easy to access and changes or updates to policy are easy to undertake, with transparent pricing. Never failed to make contact with them when necessary, either via phone or online chat, which seems incredible compared to other services. Friendly and helpful staff have always assisted.
