Great Service

Great insurance provider

I have been with admiral for around 5 years now - there may be slightly cheaper quote’s available but the customer service is appalling. Whenever I have need to make any changes or add a driver with admiral it’s easy to do either over the phone or via the app - customer service is brilliant every time Reviewed on: 27th August 2023

Efficient, friendly and reliable

We had a 6 month old BMW stolen from outside our house due to the keyless entry system. Admiral were so quick and efficient at sorting out our claim. They reimbursed us the full value of the car, which was actually slightly more than what we paid for it. They also reimbursed us for our baby's car seat and pushchair that were in the vehicle at the time it was stolen. We had the full amount of compensation within a week and the whole process was smooth, effortless and efficient, which is just what you need when you go through something like that. Highly recommend!
