Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A simple effective process to insure your car!

So easy to insure your car. All completed on line. Changes to the policy can be made via the app. No need for call centre queues or waiting around in an old fashioned insurance shop. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Very good price and service

I have been with admiral for the last few years. I used to have multicar but only own one car now. If I got another car, I would definitely get the multicar again as the deal was unbeatable. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
