Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best quote for new driver

Good value and customer services

Competitive pricing, simple and easy to make changes or updates to your account online and the Web chat feature is very helpful. I don't like all the charges you get for making changes though and think this should be removed, you shouldn't be penalised for just moving house or adding a named driver. Staff are friendly and helpful and I don't ever feel pressured into taking out additional products or benefits. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Super car insurance provider
