Good value for money!

Awful customer service.

If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing to make a claim then please prepare yourself for some exceptionally awful customer service. A week later with 2 small children I have no courtesy car and have had to ring Admiral every day for an update only to be told they are sorry and they understand but they will be doing nothing about it. Have made 2 formal complaints in which I was just told it is what it is. I will be one of the 300,000 (reported in the press) leaving at my next renewal and I will be encouraging others to do the same. Also the app is terrible so that is another useless product from a useless company. Don't waste your money or time. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Reasonable and friendly

Affordable easy insurance

Would reccommend

Quick and Efficient

My wife's car was written off in a head on collision. The car was removed quickly and a write off decision made the same day. Full market valuation settlement was completed within a week - excellent service, thank you. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Easy to buy and manage online

It was very quick and easy for me to purchase my policy online on my phone when I bought my car. When I moved, it was easy to change my address online. This reduced my premiums so I quickly for a refund for the difference. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Is the in car driving monitor just a con?

To try and reduce my premium, I was persuaded to have a driving monitor in my car for the next insurance period. Having completed the trial, I await my renewal premium. I do not expect a generous discount, since my monthly reports from Admiral were awful (average 25/100). I took the opportunity to simultaneously use an app called Drivesure, which, over the same period, gave me a veritable golden driving assessment. I spoke to Admiral about this discrepancy and they had no comment to give. I therefore wait with interest to see whether my renewal is derisory or complimentary. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
