Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

No hassle insurance company

I have been with Admiral for a number of years. Each renewal I check the quote against comparison websites and the price is always competitive. Driving with confidence ease and security.

I’ve found having my admiral little box to be essential in helping me as young driver. I’m frequently provided with tips on what I am doing well and what can be improved in regards to my driving. The policy also gives me great confidence on the road in respect of being in an accident and the little box provides a nifty port where by I can charge my phone. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
