Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent value learner insurance

I was dreading getting a quote for insurance as I’m an 30 something provisional license holder, a friend recommended Admiral, and they have been fantastic. So easy to apply online, so easy to managed online via the app, nothing hidden, easy to read policy documents. I also had to change my car details and I was able to re-quote via the app! Cheapest and trustworthy!

Can't fault the service. I'm 50 and been driving since I was 17. Admiral has definitely been the first company that made me feel confident that I am in good hands, from the point of quotation right down to making a claim. And the discount I got for my second car was awesome. I have recommended it to family and friends.
