Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Simple and easy.

Never had a problem when negotiating renewal prices or changing details regarding my circumstances. Admiral have handled a claim with me in the past and the process was smooth and as stress free as it could be. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Cheapest I could find even on renewal

Hassle free addition of extra vehicle

Needed to find insurance for my wife’s car as her premium went up 30%, Admiral offer multi-vehicle insurance with the bonus of it costing less so added her car to my policy within minutes so we are super pleased :) Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Reliable
