All the add-ons yet reasonable price

We recently switched to Admiral Platinum insurance, as it’s fully comp yet still less expensive than other insurers (even with a newly passed named driver included in my policy!) I also made a small administrative error whilst generating my quote, which the customer service team quickly rectified for me and swiftly refunded any money they’d overcharged for my policy as a result, making the overall price even more reasonable. Excellent Customer Service

I have been with Admiral Car insurance for over 22 years The customer service is excellent. I have only experienced totally dedicated staff . Why I have stayed with Admiral for over two decades is simply this . Fair pricing , kind polite courteous people on the end of the telephone dedicated to me as a valued customer . Admiral take into account my all aspects of my insurance ie my no claims bonus for example to give me the best market value when it come to my renewal each year. When they say they will call you back they Honor their word . Faultless service , uncomplicated easy straight forward renewal policy without hiking up the price . Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
