Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great communication in plenty of time to do price comparisons etc. Admirals renewal price was very competitive (cheaper than previous year). Because of the customer service and a leader in the insurance market, I decided to stay with them. Very happy customer. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

The call handler was very knowledgeable and patient spending time on the phone with me going through the best options for a multi policy. The app is very easy to use and it is easy to get in contact with the insurer. Very pleased we have two cars and our home insured. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Admiral answer my calls promptly, they have team members on the other end of the phone who really care about what you're saying and what information you require. Very professional!
