Hassle free and helpful

My insurance was coming to an end and I telephoned admiral to let them know I was planning not to renew due to renewal price. It was worth the call. He saved me money and was able to match my quote saving me a lot of hassle and ofcourse cash! Double winner! The customer service on the phone was clear, to the point helpful and quick which is what people ultimately want these days as life is hectic as it is! Reviewed on: 4th June 2018

Always a pleasure

I have both home and car insurance with Admiral and the customer service is the best I've received for any similar service including insurance, utilities, internet etc. They generally have the best prices for me too, but even if they didn't I'd think twice about switching because of the good customer service.
