Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick, simple and great value for money

We have multi cover and save money every month compare to other indurers. Last year we had to make a claim and called. Everything was sorted within 30 mins and the advisor was so helpful. Had nothing but great service Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Great multiple policy options

Holding a Conversation not just ticking boxes

The member of Admiral staff I spoke to, after completing an online comparison checklist, was helpful by explaining the process she was taking to answer my questions and made me feel that she was doing her best to ensure we were covered adequately for our needs.
