Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great cover and value

I've been with Admiral for years. Every year I look around and see if I can get the same for less or more for the same price, yet every year Admiral comes out on top, especially when also taking out emergency cover as an add on or taking it out as multi-cover alongside vehicle insurance. Excellent customer service.

I've had combined home and car insurance with Admiral for three years now and never gad a problem with them. Customer service has always been helpful and fair, and those I've spoken to have always worked hard to make sure I have the best deal for my circumstances.
