Very efficient and great to be able to speak with real people

I have both home and car insurance with Admiral as the rates are really good plus it's easy to use their website and after having to make a claim for a laptop that was not able to be repaired I was especially impressed with their assistance in helping me find a replacement which was actually better than the one that I had. We switched across the car insurance policies from Direct Line to Admiral a few years ago, and were delighted with the quotes received, so also switched over all other policies with Direct Line when they expired. These are the first insurers I have ever used who reduced the annual car policy quote at renewal due to Covid and lower miles travelled/lower accidents etc! Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Great value
