Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good cover and good value for money.

I got a very good level of cover for the cost of the policy. Odd issues were resolved very quickly and professionally when initially taking out our policy, which was due to the complex nature of our home purchase. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Good cover but sometimes difficult to speak to a human
