Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Happy Customer for nearly a decade

As a young driver when taking out my initial policy with Admiral nearly ten years ago, I found them to be one of the least confusing insurers in regards to their policy documents. In all this time I’ve never had an issue and have always renewed at a good fair price. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Customer-centred service

Would not go anywhere else!

So far their prices have been the best in the 3 years I have been with them. Both breakdowns I have had they have been out within a half hour with great service. Both times I have had a house emergency they have been out within the hour and also call you to keep you updated and a call the next day to make sure everything is okay.
