Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Absolutely no issues at all

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Admiral and their multi policies are very good value for money. They’ve been helpful and quick whenever I’ve needed to make changes or ask questions. Easy to use website

Excellent service and friendly staff

Admiral have really improved their customer service. Having been almost totally automated in the past when it was very difficult to get a number to call, let alone get anyone to answer it, they have clearly put a lot of effort into providing personal help to those not entirely comfortable with online only transactions! - Keep it up.
