Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent Customer Service & value for money

The website is very easy to use - you can do most things on line, but in case you need to speak to someone (which i have a couple of times), the staff answering calls have been really helpful and friendly - and there are not huge waiting times to get through - unlike a lot of companies nowadays. Great value with multicover
