Straight forward and helpful

I've not had to make a claim so can't talk to that, but setting up the insurance (car and home) has been really straightforward. I had to call customer services as there were some questions and the person on the phone was really helpful. Although not made a claim on my home insurance I did call for emergency assistance after a smashed window in my front door - again the person who answered the call was brilliant, and help to make my door secure was prompt. Excellent Cover, Price and Service

I had only ever associated Admiral with motor insurance but when I saw they also did home insurance I decided to obtain an online quote. Their price and coverage was exceptionally good and the whole process was very straightforward. I am glad I changed to Admiral. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Good in all aspects

After searching online for a change of house insurance when my previous policy had hugely increased, I decided upon Admiral. The online form was straight forward and easy to understand and to choose my options of cover. I wanted to talk in person about the policy before purchase and found the person I spoke to to be friendly informative and not at all pushy. I was able to have the policy details sent to me in paper form and am very pleased with the cover I have purchased at a reasonable price. Multi policy to save money
