Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick and helpful in a crisis

We recently had to make a contents claim due to a kitchen fire and the whole process was done and dusted in under a month. Amazing customer service through a trying time and no unnecessary hoop jumping - just helpful and friendly! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Who else?

The thing about insurance is you hope you'll never need it. I have not needed it but there is no price, for me, for the peace of mind that comes.from having it. Having insured my car's, over the years, with Admiral, who else would I ask for this? Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Excellent service
