Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Top insurance provider

Cover everything you need for low monthly/yearly payments it’s great. Soo easy having all my policies accessible in one place. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Great company

Luckily I haven’t needed to make full use of my policy with admiral yet but taking out the policy was super easy and fast. I don’t get overwhelmed with constant emails by them which is amazing. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Excellent Provider

Since moving over to Admiral they have provided me with sound advice without being pushy. Other providers I've dealt with haven't treated me in the same way therefore, unless they do something very wrong or change the way they handle their customers then I'm staying with them. I recently took out home insurance with Admiral. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Our home insurance is as straight forward as most and as such can be a real pain but Admiral have been brilliant sorting out all the info they required and leaving us to get on with our day to day ongoings.
