Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Best decision I've made

Customer is always put first

Fantastic company and such an easy to navigate experience on the app. Everything has been straight forward from the start of my policy up to now.
