Pedantic

Slow pedantic service. They wanted to send an inspector around to check that our greenhouse really was damaged in storm Eunice and expected us to leave the broken glass on the floor! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Really helpful and friendly.

Always had pleasant service every time I contact Admiral. Everyone in customer service that I’ve spoken to is friendly, positive and helpful. They take your concerns and questions seriously, and if they can’t help they direct you to where you need to go to get that help (I.e. not knowing specific details about parts of your house for house insurance claims - like how slanted your roof is!). The best and cheapest quotes I've ever had!
