Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Seamless Experience

Setting up my insurance policy with Admiral was incredibly easy. The ability to make changes and view your policy online minimises the need for phone calls, which allows their customer service team to focus on higher priority issues. Overall my experience with Admiral has been fantastic, and I would be sure to recommend them to any friends/family that are shopping around or looking for any type of insurance.
