Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Very helpful, prompt responses and useful app

Good so far but a few delays in claiming.

Really easy to claim online and great to be able to upload receipts etc. Sub contractor is a bit slow to resolve issues and not great with their communication. One Admiral employee told me to chase the sub contractor another called them for me. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Water under floor

I had water under my kitchen floor Admiral arranged to have all drains inspected and then have under floor dried out then have kitchen units refitted I can’t fault them Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
