Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

One of the better ones around.

I have never had to claim myself but I was intimately involved in my Mum in laws subsidence claim. Everything was delayed because of Covid but when they actually started the work they did it quickly and made a really good job of it. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Claim process

Working along side Admiral through the claim process after a boiler went faulty. We were given many options which due to circumstances had to decline an engineer was sent with in a couple of days unfortunately the engineer was unable to carry out the work so was instructed to get our own. Boiler now fixed. Slow pay out after receipts were submitted but after a month paid out in full. Not unhappy at all and always able to speak to a Admiral customer service advisor. Best Insurance Company We've ever dealt with !lt

Arranging home insurance proved tricky for our new home, as we're located in a well known mining area,however when we turned to Admiral, their friendly customer service team were able to recommend several options and their professionalism soon put our minds at rest and we knew we had secured the optimum cover required. Thanks to Admiral Insurance, what could have been an extremely stressful experience was transformed into an efficient and happy experience to start out our lives together in our new home!
