Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

What you'd want from an insurance company

Not had any issues with them at all. The odd email just to let you know that our policy is being looked after and help is there as and when needed. Luckily, we've not had any claims to make but I feel confident in them should anything arise. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Professional Response to my Insurance Claim

I have claimed for my Front Door Damage. They have deal my query professionally. Appointed a surveyor who confirms the Door damaged and get my Door replaced within 4 weeks. They have also paid for emergency Boarding charges. so overall good customer service. Happy to recommend them. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
