Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great service

After using Admiral for my car insurance, I had no hesitation in using them for my home insurance too. The application process was clear, straight forward and quick. The optional extras were explained clearly to help me make an informed choice about what I really needed. Would definitely use Admiral again and recommend to friends. Keep up the good work! Competitive prices and helpful

Excellent

I have been an admiral home insurance customer since becoming a homeowner in 2019. I have not had to make any claims but the service and updates I have received for the last few years has been excellent. The information provided as a new homeowner is good. The level of cover provided for the price I pay is also competitive. Price increase yearly has also been kept to a minimal without having to renew or try and find another cover.
