Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good value good service

Excellent cover at an excellent price!

Best insurance company.

I have been with Admiral for 3 years now and was very impressed they my last renewal was less the the year before as I have never had that with any other company. The staff are very easy to deal with on the phone and do not keep you hanging on as I have never waited more than a 90 seconds. First class service from a first class company. Friendly, informative, looked after

I have stayed with Admiral for many years now. They keep me upto date with my policy. The email/app very easy to use. When I have spoken to any of the team by phone always very helpful.
