Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Without a doubt the best Insurance provider around.

From the start of my quote process to completing via talking to an agent, my experience has been exceptional. I get regular emails from Admiral to keep me up to date with special offers. The most important thing of all though is my Home Insurance and everything included within that Policy. Exactly what I would expect from a first class company such Admiral. Bravo! Admiral values existing customers
