Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Admiral......insurance at its best.

Been with Admiral a couple of years. Their customer service is brilliant. They are very understanding, helpful and cheerful when you speak to them. Never had (touchwood) a problem.
