As good as the advertisement

Having received a brick wall when discussing my house insurance renewal at the beginning of the year I looked around and found Admiral. All straight forward switch, much cheaper and will now look to add car insurance in October. Speaking to them on the telephone they are helpful and understanding. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

So easy to use

Set up this insurance online really easily for my daughter when she was a student. As we haven't made a claim I can't comment on the full customer experience, hence not giving full marks, but the website must have been pretty easy to use if I managed it without getting cross!
