Great value insurance

Easy to take out a policy online. Really good price compared to other companies. Explained clearly what was included in the policy in a way that was easy to understand. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent service

Cannot comment on claims process as have not needed to use, however during lockdown was impressed with their service to key workers as well as the refunded premium given people were driving less. Only thing I would like to see would be discounts for multiple premiums of different types (eg car and home). Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great customer service

For the first time ever I had occasion to make a claim on home insurance this year when I was unfortunate enough to be a victim of crime. I was helped through the very straightforward claim process by a knowledgable and sympathetic Admiral agent and my claim was paid promptly in full.
