Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great customer service

For the first time ever I had occasion to make a claim on home insurance this year when I was unfortunate enough to be a victim of crime. I was helped through the very straightforward claim process by a knowledgable and sympathetic Admiral agent and my claim was paid promptly in full. Fantastic

Good service and price

Have car and home insurance and always happy to help us to get a price with multi car & home that is a reasonable price. Happy to go through everything with you so you understand what you are getting. Now have our daughter with her car insurance on the multi car policy. Quick, easy to request and obtain a quote and purchase insurance

Used Compare.com to find a alternative Home & Contents insurance quote anf they gave me quite a few comparisons for home insurance and I settled for Admiral because it was very similar to the one we had but priced at a reasonable price Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
