Quick easy and cheap

All round great so far

I have had next to no trouble with Admiral. My car was broken in to and when I rang up a customer service's employee misquoted my policy to me, I was disappointed by the outcome and therefore gave my feedback, on the few occasions I have ever done this in the past, companies have never come back to me on it, Admiral however rang me with a full apology and gave me a range of options to choose from to rectify the situation. I acknowledge not everyone can be perfect all the time, but you have to own up to your mistakes, for that reason Admiral have only gone further up in my estimations after this incident. Fantastic Insurance Provider- We use them for everything!

We have car insurance and home insurance with Admiral and their customer service is fantastic. They always have the most competitive prices, friendly staff, you never have to wait too long to speak to anyone and renewing is always easy. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Switching insurance

I switched to Admiral via a comparison site as they were by far the bets value, was all done online very quickly. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

No complaints

Until you make a claim, you don't really know how good your insurer is. I have not had to claim so can only comment on price and administration. Price was the best on offer at the time and admin efficient. If I ever need to claim, let's hope they earn the final stars! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Easy to manage home insurance
