Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick & Cost Effective

Very efficient in dealing with customer request

Great, no hassle insurance

I have recently taken out home insurance with Admiral and have had no issues or problems to date. Taking out the insurance was straightforward and easy. I also had to get in touch to amend my direct debit date, and was able to do this really quickly and efficiently through their online chat service, saving me time and money on a phone call.
