Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Admiral consultants have taken the time to carefully go through our home insurance with us, over the phone. They never rush and carefully go through specifics; answer any concerns. It has given my partner and I peace of mind knowing that we have been able to specifically list certain valuable items as well as knowing that these items are insured both at home and away from home.
