A refreshingly professional and knowledgable approach to Insurance

We switched our Home & Contents Insurance to Admiral this year. They got our business because we found their staff were professional and very knowledgeable about the product and the premiums were fair and competitively based. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

No brainer - get Admiral!

After having my car insurance with admiral for many years, receiving amazing customer service, dealing with professional & knowledgeable staff, I decided to leave for another insurance company, because surely they’re all the same... Right? WRONG!! I had an awful experience from start to finish, so when my home insurance was up for renewal with another large provider, I made no hesitation in switching to admiral! They’ve been excellent, competitive, professional & the best provider bar none. They’ve provided prompt assistance & care in dealing with any questions & queries. They’re easy to use website explains all you need to know with no hidden extras. What you see is what you get! A reputable, experienced & genuinely caring, insurance company! Yes... a caring insurance company!! My car insurance is due for renewal in the next few weeks, and I know where I’ll be going. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
