got to be the biggest waste of space this company. answer phones when they feel like it or just cut you off. never answer emails. don't respond to comments on their portal just pure laziness as far as I can tell. avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022

Briefly had accident resulting in damage to rear bumper, my fault. Report accident on 28th August 2023 they after a couple of months to get car sorted ASAP It is now 27th February 2024 car still has not been repaired I have been told to take it in on 18th March 2024 but I am not holding my breath Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

NOT EVEN WORTH THE 1 star Absolutely joke off a company to deal with A car hit mine with me & 3 grandsons in and drove off Luckily someone managed to get the registration I am currently insured with Santander and was passed to this company as their underwriter Apart from fixing my own car I’ve dealt with most off the calls One person in this so called company doesn’t know what the other is doing or saying, passed from pillar to post Was told my grandsons car seats were now invalid as they have been in an accident was told by this company to contact the other drivers insurance to claim for new ones Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

You should have a NO star option awful company no customer service cancelled a policy and charged me £20.00 for the privilege not sure what would happen if you ever needed a claim. My recommendation keep well clear Reviewed on: 25th January 2024

The worst insurance company for cars!

The worst insurance company for cars! I was hit by car 4 days ago and the driver of the car who hit me ran away from the scene ... They promised to get our car repaired in 1 week with the courtesy car. We are going to change this company ASAP! Why so long? Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Awful insurance company.

Difficult to contact customer support. Couldn't login to online servicing of my policy because their system is faulty. Wanted me to pay a £68 admin to change details to a policy even though the policy had not commenced yet. Even though the policy hadn't started yet they also stole a £20 administration fee from me due to there own error as I decided to cancel after seeing how poor their service was. Definitely do not recommend as they are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with! Reviewed on: 20th December 2023

One of the worst insurance companies to deal with . Pass you from one person to another and no has a clue . Had a car accident over a week ago and their approved repairer cannot look at the car for a further four weeks. However the storage company will not realise the car without the insurance authorisation , so another garage can repair the car, however Ageas , say that it's not down to them and the original repairer has to release the car. When you call Ageas, after approx. 10miutes listening to music, you will get an operator , who will cut the call after 2 minutes. Would not insure with them again ! Reviewed on: 13th November 2023
