Like call things prices have gone up, especially for us much more mature people. The brilliant lady on the phone gave us the only available option of how to save money, by taking cancellation cover off the policy (we normally book less than 3 months in advance so cancelling is not really a problem. We upped the amount we pay if the worst happens, but it reduced the payment significantly making my husband happier. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025

Had 2 claims in a short time but Allclear sorted them and paid up.January my husband had bleed on brain in benidorm he had to be repatriated and they organised everything can not praise them enough.Then had holiday to Turkey booked for Easter and myself and my husband had to cancel through back problems and once again Allclear shone through. Very helpful and friendly person on the telephone to advise me on policies. It's good that All Clear recognises the low risk of regular medical conditions. Quick and simple procedure for medical conditions helps remove stress of getting best deal. Maybe a bit more time to answer all questions, particularly if there are 2 of you? Used yourselves a few times- not the cheapest- but you use decent underwriters and that is CRITICAL as we know from past experience. If we have to contact you on some technical point or quotation, always get polite solution to the query. Very happy to give the strongest plus points on our dealings. Reviewed on: 16th October 2025
