Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

I’ve purchased an annual policy & recently had to contact customer services as I broke my ankle 5 weeks before we were due to go away. They were extremely helpful & explained what I would need to do. We decided in the end to change date of holiday to ensure I was able to fully enjoy it so contacted them again as I needed to let them know but also update my policy with my broken ankle. The extra cost was very reasonable. Also both persons I spoke to on each occasion were extremely friendly & gave excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Easy to use and friendly staff

Insured for a trip in March, easy to do and made a small claim for seeing the ships doctor which paid out quickly. Have just taken a year policy, expensive but I am over 80 and it’s a cruise, so can’t complain. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
