I decided to call AllClear to renew my insurance but also hoping to get some discount from last year as I have completed my medical care. This was a couple of days ago. I have renewed but with this email I find I could have got discount so a it disappointed. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

Excellent and terrible.

Flown back from Gambia after femur fracture in April, full 5 star. Then increase in premium by further £1,300 because of fall 1 star. Then stalling for month after month, six so far and not paying out for claim for loss of seven days holiday despite being given full details for legitimate claim. Always "very busy, it will take two weeks" over several phone calls and messages. For six months, 1 star Reviewed on: 30th September 2025

A Great Holiday

Had a great holiday untroubled by thoughts of "what if" things go wrong. There was a sense of I've found something very good to rely upon which takes away any doubts about our daily routine and the potential impact upon what we did, where we went and how we felt about the choices we had made. Altogether a very good experience, with of course the blue skies of Greece and the blue seas of the Aegean a marvellous backdrop around which the visit was based. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025
