I find the customer service to always be helpful and informative when you speak with them. The fact that I can renew with them just by advising them of any changes to my circumstances a real boon that takes away the stress of going through the whole process every time. I’d really struggled to find travel insurance providing a good level of cover at a reasonable price due to my husbands medical conditions. I found this one after I’d already gone with the cheapest on a comparison site so cancelled and took this one out and saved £100. Very happy with that as it was also a higher level of cover.
