Made a claim 2 weeks ago, still waiting for results. Phoned up but they wouldn't update me. Taking out the policy was no problem but palmed off to a different company for claims. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

It takes 5 working days to get a response to an email and it took numerous emails phone calls and complaints to get my claim resolved over 3 months in total ! The claims handling company ( Gallagher Basset ) are completely incompetent. I took out an annual policy but I’ve since written that off and gone with a different insurance company that I can trust Reviewed on: 24th December 2025

I was unfortunate to have two medical occasions that required cancellation of our cruise. The friendly, structured approach of Allclear operators ensured that ALL questions, even those seemingly not covered, were dealt with correctly. Both claims were fully sanctioned within 14 days. Advised how to amend the policy to make it affordable

Like call things prices have gone up, especially for us much more mature people. The brilliant lady on the phone gave us the only available option of how to save money, by taking cancellation cover off the policy (we normally book less than 3 months in advance so cancelling is not really a problem. We upped the amount we pay if the worst happens, but it reduced the payment significantly making my husband happier. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025
