A customer appreciated insurer.

Allianz emails put offers for various things - most recent tickets for Rugby and the Paris Olympics, they also keep you upto date with changes in motoring, all in all you feel as though you are appreciated for your custom and not left waiting just for the next renewal reminder as with most motor insurance companies. Best Service I’ve had in over thirty years.

I’ve renewed my car insurance for the third time with Alliance, and do not intend to change. The renewal costs are very competitive and information is given in an easy clear format. In addition, the service is excellent. My husband was driving when a van hit the side of the car and did not stop. Claiming on my insurance was straightforward and the service we received was excellent. A courtesy car was provided and our car was picked up and brought back to our home. We were kept informed at every stage and were treated with kindness and professionalism. I cannot recommend Allianz highly enough. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024
