Better Than All the Rest

Why I chose you

Went on line to find best insurance for my car as renewal with previous insurer had gone up by over £200. Yours was about £10.00 less than I paid last year. Plus you are a very reputable company and offered exactly same cover for less money Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Flow Insurance merger - not a great experience

Since Allianz acquired Flow Insurance, the merger hasn't been seamless and this has caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. These are what I have personally experienced as a negative drawback (customer service not particularly helpful, price increased at renewal, try to change your DD payment date and you are penalised for it, negative experience getting quotes for a new vehicle or new address, BE VERY CAREFUL if doing so, as I fell victim to this when trying to find out the monthly cost as the info is not immediately available and you are led to believe you must click on the next page, if you do so, the changes you are asking for a quote on will automatically apply and you will be charged! Easy online application for quote, got very good quote.

Easy online application for quote, got very good quote. Paid online. Covered. Been with them a year now. Got early renewal quote, only increased by £32. already paid new quote not due until August 2024. Cheapest so far and underwriter is L V.
