Bad contact

I am relatively new to Amex and was about to make my first repayment, only to be told it was late. I had no communication, no call, text or email beforehand. Very poor. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Great interest rates for the first 3 months

Effective

Just excellent

Exceptionally good service, I have never had a credit card before, having the American Express card and paying it off each month has given me an excellent credit rating, and I’m earning air miles. I cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great experience

I was in need for a credit card for a while, I found American Express. It was a very good digital application process on the American Express website. It is a very customer-oriented interface, and the approval process was very smooth. Besides, the mobile app is so good and I keep using it for all my needs about my credit card.
