Excellent service!!!!

I have 2 Cockapoos, Milly and Molly who are 5 & 6. Ive been with this insurance from the start and ive never changed it, which i think in this day and age, with all the companies trying to undercut to get your business, is a credit to the company. Excellent customer service and i find it really impressive how quickly they can sort the claim, when they receive it. I know its not the cheapest, but its the BEST. When I took the insurance policy out for Toby my cat last year everything was very good and straight forward, I made a mistake online which was my fault i'm not the most computer literate, the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and polite and sorted it out. Reviewed on: 25th August 2022

Efficient and worry free

Very very helpful

Amazing pet insurance provider who are very helpful with advice and care for your pet, we recently had to make a claim for our cat Simba who had kidney failure, but has since fully recovered with great care from our veterinary hospital. The process of claiming was so smooth our vets did it all for us with the great help and communication from Animal Friends and my plan is still cheap even after the increase because I had to make a claim. There when you need them.
