Always available and they care about animals as much as we do

I have had my little Gizmo insured with Animal Friends for all of the 13 1/2 years of his life. I haven’t had to use my insurance until the last year and I have used both Joli for advice but also had to use my insurance to help the little fellow as he comes to the end of his wonderful life. Animal Friends has always been available and helpful and most importantly they do care about animals and are very fair in how they support us. I would recommend them to fellow pet lovers as a fair and caring insurer. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

saving my dog and budget

When unfortunate events caused need for our puppy's luxating patella surgeries for both of her knees to be done we never thought that insurance claim process could be so easy as it was with Animal Friends. Asked for some advice on a friend's dog who was not cared for or insured like my two Springers. They spent over 30mins with me making sure the dog remained stable after what seemed like a fit, she recovered herself in time. Needless to say we are trying to take the animal on.
