Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Caring and understanding

Asked for some advice on a friend's dog who was not cared for or insured like my two Springers. They spent over 30mins with me making sure the dog remained stable after what seemed like a fit, she recovered herself in time. Needless to say we are trying to take the animal on. Animal Friends an insuren

my 3 dogs are insured with Animal Friends and knowing i can afford the monthly fees and that from being a puppy to old age i can tell my vet who i am insured with and the vet is happy to go ahead with treatment no matter how old my dog is . Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
