Fantastically faultless!

My poor pooch has had her issues on more than one occasion. I am so glad I chose Animal Friends pet insurance because they have been fantastic, fare, extremely helpful, reassuring plus very supportive all the way and at every time we have needed their services. I have had no negative issues, in fact quite the opposite, they have been what we hoped for, and more, from having pet insurance and have paid out within days of recieving and processing my claim . Fabulous professional service, fantastic friendly and knowledgable staff, online plus over the phone. Guys I 100% recommend them and I do not use my recommendations lightly - believe you me! I have been with Animal Friends for the past 5 years and have always found their insurance to be very competitive. This year my cocker spaniel was ill and for the first time I had need of the vet FaceTime advice free to all Animal Friends customers. I was very impressed with the care involved in the comfort of my own home for my dog. I cannot recommend Animal Friends highly enough, this added video service is invaluable.
