Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

I have been with Animal Friends for 3 years now and found it to be affordable and always on the end of the phone when needed. They keep in touch with updates on helpful ideas. I made a claim recently and it was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Like the fact there is access to a vet online 24/7 but found dealing with a claim somewhat lengthy and stressful

I have been with Animal Friends for the past 5 years and have always found their insurance to be very competitive. This year my cocker spaniel was ill and for the first time I had need of the vet FaceTime advice free to all Animal Friends customers. I was very impressed with the care involved in the comfort of my own home for my dog. I cannot recommend Animal Friends highly enough, this added video service is invaluable. Always available and they care about animals as much as we do

I have had my little Gizmo insured with Animal Friends for all of the 13 1/2 years of his life. I haven’t had to use my insurance until the last year and I have used both Joli for advice but also had to use my insurance to help the little fellow as he comes to the end of his wonderful life. Animal Friends has always been available and helpful and most importantly they do care about animals and are very fair in how they support us. I would recommend them to fellow pet lovers as a fair and caring insurer. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

saving my dog and budget

When unfortunate events caused need for our puppy's luxating patella surgeries for both of her knees to be done we never thought that insurance claim process could be so easy as it was with Animal Friends.
