Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

My poor pooch has had her issues on more than one occasion. I am so glad I chose Animal Friends pet insurance because they have been fantastic, fare, extremely helpful, reassuring plus very supportive all the way and at every time we have needed their services. I have had no negative issues, in fact quite the opposite, they have been what we hoped for, and more, from having pet insurance and have paid out within days of recieving and processing my claim . Fabulous professional service, fantastic friendly and knowledgable staff, online plus over the phone. Guys I 100% recommend them and I do not use my recommendations lightly - believe you me! Like the fact there is access to a vet online 24/7 but found dealing with a claim somewhat lengthy and stressful
